We have extensive experience in supplying property management and marketing plans to individuals and companies based both abroad and in the UK. This year we have serviced over 70 weeks of lettings on a property portfolio of over 25 properties. Our website has also generated over two thousand enquiries over the past year for properties situated on the Turquoise coast Our aim is to give you an outstanding lettings management and property maintenance service that is second to none, this will enable you to rest easy in the knowledge that your property is being managed to the highest standards whilst you are enjoying the proceeds from your investment. |

* * * We will supply you with the following services: - Personal checks made on your property at least once per week (at the occurrence of severe storms at least once after the event). We offer a full bill payment service. We will check for break-ins, damage due to bad weather or maintenance issues e.g. burst pipes.We will contact you in any instance to advise you of any issues or problems. We can supply you with approved personnel to rectify any problems or you can select your own. Gardening and grounds managment Pool maintenance by fully ISRM qualified staff We offer a full pool cleaning and water testing service by fully qualified personnel We will ensure that you have peace of mind on your investment in Turkey. |
